Voss Helmets is a brand operated by Roadhouse Distribution Inc. These Terms & Conditions (“Promotion Terms”) govern the Voss Helmets Memorial Day Promotion (“Promotion”) running from May 19 to May 26, 2026. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to these Promotion Terms. These Promotion Terms are in addition to, and do not replace, the Voss Collective Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions or the Voss Helmets Terms of Service.

1. Promotion Period

The Promotion is valid from 12:00 AM Pacific Standard Time (PST) on May 19, 2026 to 11:59 PM PST on May 26, 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Voss Helmets reserves the right to extend, modify, or end the Promotion Period at any time, subject to reasonable notice to customers.

2. Eligibility

  • The Promotion is open to customers with a registered account at voss-helmets.com.
  • Participants must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
  • The Promotion is available to customers shipping to addresses in the United States and Canada only.
  • Employees of Roadhouse Distribution Inc. and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. 2X Points Offer

During the Promotion Period, eligible customers will earn double (2X) Voss Collective loyalty points on all qualifying purchases made at voss-helmets.com. The 2X earning rate applies to the purchase subtotal, excluding taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and the value of any free promotional items. Standard Voss Collective earning rates resume immediately upon the conclusion of the Promotion Period. All points earned during the Promotion Period are subject to the Voss Collective Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions.

4. Free Juice Riding Glove Offer

4.1 Qualification

Customers who place a qualifying order of $250.00 USD or more (before taxes, excluding shipping charges and discounts) at voss-helmets.com during the Promotion Period will receive one (1) free pair of Voss Juice Riding Gloves (“Free Glove”) per qualifying order. There is no limit on the number of qualifying orders per customer during the Promotion Period — each separate qualifying order is eligible for one Free Glove.

4.2 Canadian Customers

The qualifying spend threshold is $250.00 USD. Canadian customers will see the approximate CAD equivalent displayed at checkout, which reflects the applicable exchange rate at the time of purchase. The USD threshold is the binding requirement for qualification.

4.3 Availability

The Free Glove offer is available while supplies last. Voss Helmets does not guarantee availability of any specific size throughout the Promotion Period.

4.4 Size Selection and Substitution

Customers will be prompted to select their preferred glove size when their cart meets the qualifying spend threshold. If the customer’s selected size is out of stock at the time of order fulfillment, Voss Helmets will substitute the closest available size. Customers will be notified of any substitution prior to shipment and may contact hello@vossdot.com to discuss alternative arrangements.

4.5 Fulfillment

The Free Glove will be included with the qualifying order shipment where possible. In some cases, the Free Glove may ship separately. Voss Helmets is not responsible for delays caused by carrier or fulfillment issues outside of our control.

4.6 No Cash Value

The Free Glove has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for store credit, points, or any other form of compensation. The retail value of the Voss Juice Riding Glove is $49.00 USD.

5. Qualifying Order Threshold — Clarifications

  • The $250.00 USD qualifying threshold is calculated on the pre-tax order subtotal only. Taxes, shipping charges, and discounts are excluded from the threshold calculation.
  • The 580 Conquest helmet ($249.99 USD) does not meet the qualifying threshold on its own. Customers must add at least one additional item (such as a shield or accessory) to reach the $250.00 USD pre-tax subtotal.
  • The 989 Moto-V helmet ($239.99 USD) does not meet the qualifying threshold on its own. Customers must add at least one additional item to reach the $250.00 USD pre-tax subtotal.
  • Sezzle and other buy-now-pay-later orders qualify for the Free Glove and 2X points offer provided the order subtotal meets the threshold.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Orders Including a Free Glove

If a customer returns all or part of a qualifying order such that the remaining order value falls below the $250.00 USD pre-tax threshold, the Free Glove must be returned to Voss Helmets in its original condition and packaging. If the Free Glove is not returned, the retail value of $49.00 USD will be deducted from the customer’s refund.

6.2 Points Reversal on Returns

If a qualifying order is returned or refunded in full, any 2X points earned from that purchase will be reversed from the customer’s Voss Collective account in accordance with the Voss Collective Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions.

7. Promotion Limitations

  • The Free Glove offer and 2X points offer are only valid during the Promotion Period.
  • Voss Helmets reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to technical errors, fraud, or force majeure events.
  • Voss Helmets reserves the right to disqualify any customer found to be abusing the Promotion, including but not limited to placing and cancelling orders to generate promotional benefits or creating multiple accounts.
  • This Promotion cannot be combined with other promotional discount codes unless otherwise stated by Voss Helmets at the time of the promotion.

8. Limitation of Liability

Voss Helmets is not responsible for technical errors, system outages, or issues beyond our reasonable control that affect participation in the Promotion. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Roadhouse Distribution Inc.’s liability in connection with this Promotion is limited to the retail value of the Free Glove ($49.00 USD). This Promotion is subject to the limitation of liability provisions set out in the Voss Helmets Terms of Service.

9. Governing Law

These Promotion Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles, consistent with the Voss Helmets Terms of Service. Customers in the United States acknowledge that disputes arising from this Promotion will be subject to Canadian jurisdiction.
