Voss Helmets is a brand operated by Roadhouse Distribution Inc. These Terms & Conditions (“Program Terms”) govern the Voss Collective Loyalty Program (“Program”) offered by Voss Helmets (“Voss,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By registering for or participating in the Program, you agree to these Program Terms and the Voss Helmets Terms of Service. Voss Helmets reserves the right to update these Program Terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting to voss-helmets.com.
1. Program Overview
The Voss Collective is a loyalty rewards program that allows registered customers to earn points on eligible purchases at voss-helmets.com and redeem those points for discounts on future purchases. The Program is free to join and requires a registered account at voss-helmets.com. Current earning rates, redemption tiers, and reward values are published on the Voss Collective program page.
2. Eligibility
- The Program is available to customers with a registered account at voss-helmets.com.
- Participants must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
- The Program is available to customers in the United States and Canada. Voss Helmets reserves the right to restrict availability in additional regions at any time.
- Points are non-transferable and are tied to a single registered customer account.
- Only one Voss Collective account is permitted per customer.
- Employees of Roadhouse Distribution Inc. and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
3. Earning Points
Customers earn Voss Collective points on eligible purchases made through voss-helmets.com. Points are awarded based on the purchase subtotal, excluding taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and the value of any returned or refunded items, unless otherwise stated.
The current point earning rate is published on the Voss Collective program page. Voss reserves the right to modify the earning rate at any time. Changes to the earning rate will be reflected on the program page and will apply to purchases made after the date of the change.
Points are typically credited to a customer’s account within 24 hours of a completed purchase. Voss Helmets is not responsible for delays caused by technical issues outside of our reasonable control.
Note: Promotional campaigns such as “2X Points” events may temporarily increase the earning rate for a specified period. Promotional earning rates and campaign terms will be communicated at the time of the promotion and are subject to their own terms and conditions. 4. Redeeming Points
Points may be redeemed at checkout for discounts on eligible purchases at voss-helmets.com. Redemption tiers, minimum point thresholds, and discount values are published on the Voss Collective program page and are subject to change at any time.
- Points cannot be exchanged for cash or cash equivalents.
- Points have no cash value and do not constitute a stored monetary value, gift card, or financial instrument.
- Minimum redemption thresholds apply as published on the program page.
- Points may not be used in combination with certain discount codes or promotional offers where specified by Voss Helmets at the time of the transaction.
- Voss Helmets reserves the right to modify redemption values, tiers, or eligibility at any time. Changes will be reflected on the program page.
5. Point Expiration
Voss Collective points do not expire. Accumulated points remain in a customer’s account indefinitely, provided the account remains in good standing and the Program has not been terminated. See Section 9 for details regarding program termination.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
If an order is refunded, cancelled, or returned in full, any points earned from that purchase will be reversed from the customer’s account.
If a partial return reduces the order value, points will be adjusted to reflect the revised eligible purchase subtotal.
If points were redeemed on a purchase that is subsequently refunded, those points will be returned to the customer’s account, provided the redemption was applied to the refunded portion of the order. Voss Helmets reserves the right to determine the appropriate points adjustment in cases of partial refunds involving point redemptions.
7. Promotional Campaigns
From time to time, Voss Helmets may offer promotional earning events, including but not limited to double points (2X) campaigns, bonus point offers, and referral incentives. These promotions are subject to their own terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time of the promotion.
- Promotional points are subject to the same earning, redemption, and reversal rules as standard points unless otherwise stated.
- Voss Helmets reserves the right to limit or exclude certain products, order types, or customer accounts from promotional earning at its discretion.
- Promotional offers cannot be applied retroactively to purchases made outside the promotional period.
8. Program Limitations
- Points have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred, gifted, or combined across accounts under any circumstances.
- Points earned through fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activity will be reversed without notice.
- Voss Helmets reserves the right to place restrictions on point earning or redemption for specific products, promotions, or order types at any time.
- Only one Voss Collective account is permitted per customer. Points from multiple accounts cannot be merged.
9. Program Changes and Termination
Voss Helmets reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time. The following provisions apply:
9.1 Modifications
Changes to earning rates, redemption tiers, eligible products, or program mechanics will be reflected on the Voss Collective program page and will be effective upon posting. Continued participation in the Program following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9.2 Termination
In the event of Program termination, Voss Helmets will provide a minimum of ninety (90) days advance written notice to registered Program members via the email address associated with their account. During this 90-day notice period, all accumulated points will remain redeemable under the terms in effect at the time of the termination notice. Upon expiry of the notice period, all unredeemed points will be forfeited with no compensation.
9.3 Account Removal
Voss Helmets reserves the right to suspend or remove a customer’s Program participation, and to reverse or forfeit accumulated points, in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, violation of these Program Terms, or violation of the Voss Helmets Terms of Service.
10. Abuse and Misuse
The following activities constitute abuse of the Program and may result in reversal of points, suspension of Program participation, or termination of a customer account:
- Creating multiple accounts to accumulate points across accounts.
- Exploiting technical errors, system loopholes, or platform vulnerabilities to generate points.
- Placing and returning orders for the purpose of generating promotional benefits without completing a genuine purchase.
- Any fraudulent activity including unauthorized use of another customer’s account.
Voss Helmets reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether activity constitutes abuse of the Program.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Voss Helmets is not responsible for:
- Technical errors, system outages, or interruptions affecting point earning, redemption, or account access.
- Lost, delayed, or misapplied points resulting from circumstances outside of Voss Helmets’ reasonable control.
- Unauthorized access to or use of a customer account.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from participation in or inability to participate in the Program.
Roadhouse Distribution Inc.’s total liability to any customer in connection with the Program is limited, to the maximum extent permitted by law, to the value of unredeemed points in that customer’s account at the time the claim arises. This Program is subject to the limitation of liability provisions set out in the Voss Helmets Terms of Service.
12. Privacy
Participation in the Voss Collective requires a registered account at voss-helmets.com. Voss Helmets collects and uses customer account and purchase data to administer the Program, including tracking point balances and processing redemptions. 13. Governing Law
These Program Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles, consistent with the Voss Helmets Terms of Service. Customers in the United States acknowledge that disputes arising from their participation in the Program will be subject to Canadian jurisdiction.
