Who operates this app

Hermes Composio is operated by Roadhouse Distribution Inc., operating as Voss Helmets. We use this app for authorized internal reporting and management of our Meta advertising assets. It is not a public customer messaging service.

Information we process

Depending on the permissions granted and the operation requested, we process connected business, Facebook Page and Instagram account identifiers and names; advertising campaigns, ad sets, ads and creative material; advertising settings and budgets; advertising performance and insights; and related metadata returned by Meta's APIs. Authentication credentials are used to connect authorized services and are not intended for public disclosure.

How we use this information

We use this information to report on advertising performance, troubleshoot integrations, prepare advertising material and carry out authorized advertising-management tasks. Our workflow uses Composio as an integration provider, together with Hermes-based automation and AI services. Relevant information may be processed by personnel and service providers supporting those tasks.

Records and retention

Our advertising workflow maintains operational reports, troubleshooting records and activity evidence. A data-deletion request is reviewed against the information we hold and the systems involved. Operational records, provider-held records and backups may require different handling. Some information may need to be retained for applicable legal, security or recordkeeping obligations; any applicable limitations will be explained when responding to a request. We do not promise automatic deletion across every connected service.

How to request deletion of app-held data

Email hello@vossdot.com with the subject Hermes Composio data deletion request.

Describe the information or relevant business asset concerned and provide enough information for us to locate the records and verify your authority where necessary. Do not send passwords, access tokens, app secrets or payment information.

Our customer-service representative receives these requests and redirects them to the appropriate personnel. We will review the request, identify information eligible for deletion and explain any information that must be retained or any request that needs to be handled by another provider.

A data-deletion request is not an instruction to delete live advertisements, close a Meta account or remove business assets. Meta and other providers maintain their own records; this process does not promise removal of records they hold independently.
